These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Soft Synced mobile application (“App”) operated by Soft Synced LLC (“Soft Synced,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Soft Synced provides structured music production education through guided lessons delivered via a mobile application.
Certain features, including access to the full Core Track, require a one-time in-app purchase processed through Apple.
2. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Purchases
Access to certain content requires a one-time in-app purchase processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
All payments are handled by Apple. We do not store payment information.
Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, curriculum structure, text, branding, design, and other content within the App are the property of Soft Synced LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any portion of the App or its content without prior written permission.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms.
Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Synced LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
